There will be a touch of frost in the air but that’s the beauty of London in the autumn, a good excuse to head to the park for a brisk walk or leisurely cup of coffee. We are steps from the Royal Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Discover the Princess Diana Memorial Gardens and for the Peter Pan statue head towards Kensington Gardens. Stroll along the banks of the Serpentine to catch early morning swimmers plunging into the freezing water pools, or, hire a Santander bike to take in the monuments throughout the park, wildlife meadows and Rotten Row.
Stay local, head a short walk north of the hotel to discover vibrant Portobello Road’s historic markets, antique as well as vintage. Notting Hill has rows of multi-coloured regency villas – perfect for Instagram feeds! If you take the nearby Westway you will view incredible street artwork before taking you to the stunning views of the West London canal.
If it is iconic attractions and destinations, you are looking for; Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace and The Albert Hall are across the park as are the Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museums. We are central to Westfield and Oxford Street for shopping.
